Half of this issue is studios building their own sites: Emotion Agency, HOLM and Guillaume Colombel. The other half is worlds you move through, from a fruit fly's full nervous system in Three.js to AVQOR's signal terrain and a maple lake at moonrise. Hand-picked, nothing boosted.
Momiji — A maple from dawn to moonlight
A Japanese maple on a quiet lake. Stir the fallen leaves, set the lantern swinging and turn the light from morning to moonrise. Best with sound on.
Emotion Agency
Where ambitious ideas become interfaces people remember. A design and engineering studio led by two founders, building websites and digital products out of Kryvyi Rih since 2018.
AVQOR — Message Field
An interactive WebGL terrain where five signals form one continuous message. Scroll or drag to fly between them, or warp straight there from the field map.
Every neuron, every connection
The complete wiring diagram of a male fruit fly's nervous system, and the AI team at Google Research that helped draw it. The live 3D map needs a desktop browser.
Guillaume Colombel — Freelance Interactive Developer
Freelance interactive developer based in Paris, previously at Locomotive and makemepulse. Awwwards jury member since 2019.
HOLM
Solo creative studio by Canberk Polat, working in real-time 3D, GLSL shaders and GSAP. The site moves you between rooms like Philosophy and Contact instead of stacking pages.

mesh3d - render #018
An Xbox archive you explore as a map, a Shopify store rebuilt as a room, Web3 services shown like a product, and studio and portfolio sites from people who build WebGL for a living.
