The Sleepers
About
The Sleepers by Thibaut Foussard is a small rail-bound puzzle set in a sleeping town at night. You look down on blocky apartment buildings with lit windows, red-roofed houses, pine trees and drifting fog in shades of violet, with a steel arch bridge carrying the tracks across. Clicking a train sets the scene in action, and at one point the lights go down and a line asks, Where is everybody? The title works twice, meaning both the people asleep and the wooden ties under the tracks. It's built with Three.js, 3D models and custom shaders.
