Skeleton Fluid Reveal | Codrops

About
Skeleton Fluid Reveal is a Codrops tutorial demo by Cullens Motel that mixes two 3D scenes with a fluid mask. Rows of smooth, pale blue heads and shoulders stand in a dark blue space, softly lit like figures in fog. Moving the cursor stirs an inky fluid across the screen, and wherever it flows, the second scene shows through: the same figures as skeletons, with skulls and spines in place of skin. The demo uses Three.js on WebGPU, with the reveal and post-processing written in TSL, and the tutorial explains how the two scenes are combined.
